Does your brand sell on Amazon? Are you looking for more ways to reach and acquire new customers? You may or may not know that Amazon already has Amazon Live, where consumers can get authentic inspiration and product recommendations from influencers and creators across the social and cultural spectrum. Amazon Live also will develop original shows and content designed with the TV screen format and experience in mind.

U.S. viewers can access the channel by clicking the “Live TV” tab on Prime Video, Fire TV or through the Freevee app. Consumers will still be able to access the content on Amazon.com/live via their desktop and mobile devices, too.

The new channel touts what Amazon calls “Shop the Show” technology, so shoppers can easily browse, shop and engage with the content they’re watching, according to Retail TouchPoints

How ‘Shop the Show’ Works

Customers watching the Amazon Live channel can tap into their Amazon Shopping mobile app and simply type “shop the show” into the search bar. They are then directed to a shopping carousel that highlights products featured on the show in real time.
